Ginger Hotels is a leading name in India’s midscale segment, offering lean-luxe stays for business and leisure travelers. Over 7 million guests have chosen Ginger for its reliable, efficient, and value-driven hospitality.

Our goal is to design an experience that empowers customers to make informed decisions and feel confident booking hotels directly through the brand website, rather than via OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.

To boost direct hotel bookings through the Ginger Website, as opposed to OTA platforms, aiming to increase from 4% to 30%

A competitive space, with many compliance-related restrictions and technical challenges. We needed to translate complex financial conditions, interest calculations and also develop a rewards programme from scratch to help Creditt stand out in the microlending segment.
