Reworking IGI’s digital presence into a clean, user-first experience for global audiences.

IGI is one of the world’s largest independent gem certification bodies, trusted by jewelry buyers, retailers, and gemology students across 20+ countries.

Our goal was to redesign the existing website into a modern, user-centric platform with faster navigation, a fresh UI, and clearer pathways for each audience.

We analyzed our target audience—business travelers—who prefer short-term stays near their destination, typically booking just 2–3 days in advance.

Design Strategy
& Mockups

Our strategy emphasized the benefits of direct booking by enabling quick access to the booking engine, adding urgency through nudges, offering key hotel info and offers, and providing support via contact details and FAQs.

UX/UI

We designed a streamlined, mobile-first experience with clear content hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and vibrant yet minimal visuals—ensuring ease of mobility and intersction for the desired audience
